进入游戏後同时按著 Ctrl + Shift + Alt + C 启动秘技输入视窗：
i am weak：可免费建兴所有设施、建筑物、其他…
i love red tape：City Hall 的 Description 会变成 " Miles and Miles of Red Tape"，以及时间会设定为1900 年。
call cousin Vinnie：输入後，字串 " Local Fundraising Event " 会出现於会面视窗，他会给你一些现金，若你接受，他会再给你一大叠现钞。此秘技只能使用一次。
zyxwvu：使用 call cousin Vinnie 秘技，但要选拒绝，然後输入此字串，便会获得 SimCity Castle，除外形美观外，更可提高城堡四周环境的地价、预兆，以及其他隐藏因素。
garbage in, garbage out：可选择建造所有废料处理建筑物
power to the masses：可选择建造所有电力厂
water in the desert：可选择建造所有水利设施
salt on：将城内所有水源变成咸水
salt off：将城内所有水源变成淡水
terrain one up：将地形提升 1 格
terrain one down：将地形降低 1 格
terrain ten up：将地形提升 10 格
terrain ten down：将地形降低 10 格
